I am passionate about creating portraits that are honest, reverent, and authentic. I will spend as much time as needed with my clients in order to achieve this.

I remain one of the last-standing film photographers working solely with natural light. I shoot with vintage medium- and large-format cameras that produce luminous and finely detailed negatives. All images are classically hand-printed in a wet darkroom – an art that is becoming increasingly rare.

It is my custom to meet with my clients at home prior to their sitting so that we can get to know each other and discuss the shoot. The sitting itself can take place at home and/or another environment of your choosing. To ensure that I can give each client as much time and attention as needed, I do not book more than four sittings a month.

Clients do not pay a sitting fee. Instead, I charge an initial retainer fee of $2500 that is directly applicable to the client's final portfolio and framing. Please contact me for further details on a la carte and portfolio pricing.
